Journalling Tips To Get Results & Manifest Desires

This post covers what to include in your journal-writing to get RESULTS and manifest your desires.

This is for you if you're here to create positive change: health, wealth, work, relationships, love, world…

Or any worthwhile change for you :-)

And this takes action, work, play, intention, mindset mastery, belief and energy-work...

Here's the thing..

Are you taking the right action, setting the right intentions, holding the best beliefs and working with your energy in the most aligned way for you?

Doing things with a heavy heart, resentment, anger, frustration will only lead to more of the same.

I work with souls here for positive change, who know this includes 'work' and it starts with (and as), an inside job.

What you 'are' you will attract.

So how do you become what you wish to attract?

A great question!

There are many ways to *becoming* (stay tuned and hang out with me here or on instagram for more tips, tools and techniques).

Below, I’m sharing my journal tips to kick start the process to creating more of what you desire using journalling:

  1. Focus on what you desire: the wish, dream, goal (not the past)

  2. Write the story of you already in possession of what you desire (being, doing, having)

  3. Reflect and write in the present tense (if you're calling something in that you wish for). I use: “I’m so happy and grateful now that” (taught to me by one of my amazing mentors - see here)

  4. Write out your gratitude list on a daily basis; gratitude is one of the highest vibrations you can be in

  5. List out action steps you're going to take and take up to 3/6 actions each day!

  6. Be consistent: consistency is key to see results in any area of your life

Things to note: If you're trying to manifest with a mindset of 'lack' or 'don't have', you will only call in the same (lack and limitation).

Or if you’re thinking or believing it’s not possible to achieve what you desire, it may be that you need to clear some beliefs first (we use the Theta Healing® Technique here at Soul Space Healers).

We live in a world of harmonic vibration and your thoughts determine your energy (vibration).

Therefore what you focus on, you'll get more of - journalling to 'create' should focus on desires, wishes, dreams, goals and gratitude.
